We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
When I go to the Employee Panel page with an employee installed, the page is not loaded for a long time.
When I open the Employee Panel page while logged out and try to log in, it is loading and will not open.
I set a new password from Employee Management and try again, but the same thing happens.
Does it work?
Hello Takeshi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Сould you provide me with the page-URL and some screenshots, regarding this issue? So I will be able to reproduce it and help you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Have a great day!

Dear Takeshi,
Thanks for the clarification.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Let us know if it helps, please.
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

The employee panel is now visible.
I haven't done anything to it. You have upgraded the plugin, right?
It is now visible, but the menu for detailed settings is not displayed. Of course, I have turned on the display in the settings.
When an employee creates a new reservation, the specification is to select a customer. It seems that this is done by selecting "Amelia customer" with user permissions.
If so, I can't use it.
Are you guys in the process of building this now?
If so, I'll use it when it's finished, so please tell me clearly.
Dear Takeshi,
I hope you're doing well.
The last Amelia's update was 27.01.2022, you can see the changelog here https://wpamelia.com/changelog/.
Maybe you updated Amelia or another plugin with which there may have been a conflict, anyway, I'm glad that now everything is working fine.
You don't have the "My Profile" button right?
Please check the Employee Panel page at WordPress Pages. Most likely the shortcode for the panel looks like this:
[ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1 events=1 profile-hidden=1]
If it does either remove the profile-hidden=1 bit or check the slider on the widget editor "Hide employee profile" to be off.
Even if the slider for "Hide Employee Profile" is disabled, but you have Elementor a bug between Amelia and Elementor keeps it active. Activate the slider, and deactivate it again, and you should see the shortcode change.
If you don't have Elementor, you can simply edit the shortcode, and remove "profile-hidden=1", and the profile will be accessible again.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
