I have configured both the options correctly and they work.
Meetings get created and I get the meeting links in the calendar.
However, both the user and I get two links zoom and google meet.
So How can I give users an option to select between Google Meet and Zoom?
And to send them correct notifications accordingly.
So if they choose google meet - a different email can be sent with the google meet link. If they choose Zoom then a different email can be sent with the zoom link.
Hello Bhushan,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Currently, there is no such feature built-in. You will need to create a separate service and create custom notifications for each service. If you want to know in advance what link will be sent to your customer and what they have chosen you need to enable one link per service.
You will need to create two services for example Consultation via Google meet and Consultation via Zoom. This way they will get the notification with the correct link depending on what they have chosen.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
