We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I use this plugin on a website to display certain values, both in tables and graphs.
Now I need to know if it is possible to make another website that does not use this plugin, automatically and daily, get the information that is in some of the tables created by your plugin and that is presented in the table of the reading pages of this website .
As I don't have enough knowledge to work with databases and I didn't find related information in public tickets, I would like to know if it is possible to do this and if so, how can I do it. Through the plugin itself or using some other wordpress plugin? Or is it necessary to create some API?
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestion on how to make this connection.
    Thank you very much.

    Hi, Daniel

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    -

Something like this is not built into wpDataTables, and you would need to create a custom solution to fetch the data from the table generated on one page and display it on another page/site.

The tables are crawlable by search engines if that helps, and non-server-side tables (linked to Excel, CSV, PHP, JSON, XML, and Google Sheets) are crawlable in their entirety, while the server-side tables (manual, imported and MySQL query-based) only show the rows that are present in the table when the page loads.

I hope this helps you achieve what you needed, but please note that since this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features, it requires a certain level of custom work, which is not included in our end of the support.

    - We can try to advise the best we can, but we are not able to fully create the solution for you.

    Kind Regards,
