We have an event with a capacity of 200 attendees. We allow reservations of multiple people but is it possible to limit the amount of people per reservation to for example 5?

Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in. There is no option for now that can limit the number of people that will someone bring.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
