We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
My business is elderly care. I will have approximately 10 employees providing services in elderly people's homes. When a customer wants service, they will likely want to book multiple and varying time slots at once.
Is there a feature in Amelia that would allow them to do so? As it stands, they would have to book a 2 hour time slot, fill in all their payment info, and then do it again and again. Example: I want service for my grandmother from 6-8AM on Monday, 9-12PM on Wednesday, and 9-12PM the following Thursday.
Hello Jeff,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
You have our Pro license and with our Pro license you can offer packages of service this is the only way in Amelia that allows you to book more appointments at once.
Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here. Look at packages as gym packages. For example, you have "Gym access" service, "Treadmill" service, "Bike" service, "Spa" service, and so on. You can create a package that includes all these services for a reduced price.
So, you create a "Full access" package, where all these services are included. You define the number of appointments per service, and allow your customers to book all these services in one go.
So, a customer can book this package, and book "Gym access" for 5 days (free for choosing), "Treadmill" for 3 days, "Bike" for 2 days, "Spa" for 7 days, and so on. You define the number of bookings for each service.
Hope that helps
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
