Hi,
(for context) In my barbershop, one of my employee is able to trim beards in 15min while his colleagues takes 30min. So I created 2 services with the same name (Beard trimming only) but different timeframe and attributed the shortest one to the fastest employee. The thing is.. when clients wants to book a service they have 2 services with the same name.
I'd like to know how the same service could have different timeframe.
I don't know if my request is clear.
Thanks in advance!
Hello Baptiste,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Your query is pretty clear. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have different durations for a single service. We have a plan to add a feature of the dynamic duration of services depending on the employee but I cannot provide you with the ETA on when this will be implemented.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
