I am facing an issue with recurring appointments via zoom. I cannot find a way to send to the user the links for the zoom meetings.
The client will offer free upskilling classes. Each class will take place on a specific date and time for a series of 5-6 lessons each.
For example, they offer Microsoft Word classes on: February the 20th at 9:30, February the 22th at 9:30, February the 24th at 11:00, February the 26th at 9:30.
All classes will be available online only via Zoom. And we need users to be able to book all dates for each class at once so they don't have to do it every time.
Here is what I have:
1. Employee: connected them to the Zoom account and to the respected service and then added the dates and times under "Special Dates".
2. Service: Turned on "Set recurring appointment" and selected "All" option. Also, under "Settings > Activate" I turned on the "Zoom" option.
Booking the recurring appointment works great. No issues there.
But when the user receives the email they get the Zoom link for the closest appointment and then the %recurring_appointments_details% only brings dates and times, no zoom link.
That's a huge problem because users cannot connect to the next meeting. I am assuming that there is a way to fix this that I haven't found yet.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello,
I am facing an issue with recurring appointments via zoom. I cannot find a way to send to the user the links for the zoom meetings.

2. Service: Turned on "Set recurring appointment" and selected "All" option. Also, under "Settings > Activate" I turned on the "Zoom" option.
3. Notifications > Appointment Approved: Added "%recurring_appointments_details%" placeholder.
What's the solution?
Thank you in advance,
Kat

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you check please, if the correct Zoom link placeholder has been inserted into this email template?

Dear Kat,
Hope everything is well with you.
I suppose you have to do the following:
Click on "Configure placeholder here"
And add %zoom_join_url% to this placeholder.
Let us know if it helps, please.
Have a great weekend!

Worked like a charm! I hadn't realize that I can do that.
