Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for providing me with the Admin credentials.
I performed checks from the back-end and the issue is that there are customers with those emails and that is why the emails were not being saved.
I modified the email of the customer and I saved the "[email protected]" email to the customer successfully. (Screenshot attached)
Please provide me with an update if it is working properly from your end.

I added the gmail alias already and that’s working but why not admin email [email protected] possible?

There is already a WordPress user with that email and that is why that email cannot be saved for the new employee.
