    Good morning!

First, is there a telephone line users can call to talk directly with Amelia´s assistant?

It is very time consuming not to being able to get the system working...and many of your tutorials don´t really address the matter. Events for example is one of them... I have created two events as a trial... and they are not to be found anywhere...

Looked into your tutorial about Events and the guy uses a already existent calendar which does not make any sense to me...since I am starting with Amelia from scratch ...

I need urgently a step by step guidance regarding how to create an Event (which I did already) and how to access the created Event afterwards ... I  prefer if I can talk to someone from your team about it ... since in many of your ticket reply, the answers are not very clear or not exact.

Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP

    Hello Aline,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

There are a couple of steps to create events in Amelia. First, make sure you have the employee created on the Amelia/Employees page.

Once you have the employee created, please navigate to Amelia/Events page and click on "New event" button.

    The following menu will open:

Where you need to add all the information regarding the event (Date, Time, Staff...).

Once you have the event created, you can display in on the front end with one of the following shortcodes:

[ameliaevents] or [ameliaevents type=list] if you want to show a list of all your events:

    [ameliaevents type=calendar]:

    Hope this works for you.

Feel free to contact us if you require further assistance.

    Kind Regards,
