it's about the following case: A tattoo studio with different services wants to offer a consultation with employee A and a tattoo appointment with employee B in the same location on the same day at the same time.
I figured out that there's no concrete way to do so. Do you have any workaround or could send me a link to a documentation of such a case?
If you have two employees assigned to a single service, the customer should be able to book an appointment with another employee if there is an appointment at the same time for the same service.

Let's pick the February 15th and the employees Jeanette and Nicole. Both are working on that day till 7 pm. Jeanette has already an appointment at 5:30 pm and Nicole would be available for a piercing in that slot. Unfortunately I can't book an appointment although she's available.
I performed checks from the back-end and found what the issue is. In the "Special days" section for the "Nicole Ankerliebe" employee, there is a work hour setting for February 15th that this employee from 15:30 - 16:00. If you delete that special day or modify it, the booking should be available for this employee on February 15th.
Please provide me with an update on whether it is working or not.

I have performed checks from the back-end and I can see that both "Nicole Ankerliebe" and "Jeannette Ankerliebe" are connected to the same Outlook calendar and that is the reason why the time slots you mentioned were not available for booking.
I disconnected the Nicole Anskerliebe employee from the Outlook Calendar and now the available time slots are displayed properly (Screenshot attached).
Can you please confirm that it is working properly from your end?
