Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have logged onto the back-end and employee panel as well, and the employee "Liz Dobbins" has the same assigned services that are displayed in the employee panel when trying to create an appointment.

I logged in as Liz and I tested it from the "Incognito mode". Can you please test it out from the "Incognito mode" as that way, we make sure that we are not logged in as an Admin user.

Please provide us with an update once you test it out.

There is currently no option for customers to register through the customer panel, as they will be registered when they create an appointment or when the customer is created from the back-end. We have the feature of allowing customers to register through the customer panel planned for future updates, but I can't provide you with ETA on when this will be implemented.
