Is there a way to change from Military time to Standard Time? People are not used to working in military time and employees are continuously putting in the wrong times

Amelia does not have time format options, as it inherits those options from WordPress settings and you can set time format in the admin panel in the back-end, just navigate to Settings/General and change the time format.
