we created different packages for a service: 5/10/15 lessons and flatrate yoga. they have different durations, 5 lessons have a duration of 2 months for example. The idea is, that the customer should book his lessons within two months after purchase. The problem is, they are able to book lessons for classes happening after the expiration date, in this case the total booking option is 4 months. But the expiration date should also be the last date that is available to them. We want them to take their lesson within the duration of the package. Is there a way to solve that?
I hope this was understandable ;) thanks for your help
You're right, the package duration limits the validity of the package.
So, if you set the package duration to be 2 months, your customers will have 2 months to book appointments. Those appointments however depend on the "Number of Days Available for booking in advance" either in General Settings, or in Service settings.
You can limit this, and it will be applied to services within the package.
