When editing the global settings for working hours and days off, it doesn't Save when one clicks Save. It comes up with a confirmation that Settings have been saved, but doesn't pull through.
Does this really mean that I need to go to every single employee/service and edit the Work Hours/Days Off?
Can't be.
Below Global Settings....
Days Unavailable set and Clicked SAVE...
Settings Saved....
Go back and the days off have not been pulled through....
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for providing me with the Admin credentials.
I have tried to add the day off in the "Working Hours & Days Off" in settings and I added the day off successfully which is reflected in the employee's day off.
Can you please try it from your end and provide me with an update on whether it is working or not?
