We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I am using Amelia for my Yoga website. I am making a timetable to schedule classes. I have been running my yoga business for a while and my timetable includes start times of 10:45, 20:15, 19:45 etc. and I was surprised to see that I cannot select these as options (only on the hour or half an hour e.g. starting at times like 10:00 or 10:30).
This is a big problem, as I cannot change the times of existing classes as these have been running with my clients for a long time. It is also a shame because I bought Amelia for my business and classes specifically.
Is there any way to put in custom start times for events? Or at least 15 or 45 mins past the hour (e.g. 19:45-20:45)?
