I've noticed I can't integrate woocommerce's users data with users data Amelia. I've an e-commerce where you can purchase products and at the same time booking appointment via Amelia.
I edited users account using endpoint, in this way I can show to a logged user orders (about woocommerce products) and appointmes or events.
Anyway the real problem is:
If I am a new customer, to book an appointment I need to create an account. User is registred in my website as an Amelia Customer. And so far everything is ok. If I login in with my credential as an Amelia Customer I can see orders and appointment. I can purchase on my store.
If I am new customer, to purchase a product on my store page, I add it to cart, I go to checkount and to finalize my purchase, I need to create a new account. In this case, user is registred in my website as a Customer (only for woocommerce)-. If I login in with my credential as a Customer I can see orders but not appointment or events.
In summary, can I match or integrate user's woocommerce account data with amelia and to make sure that my client need to sign up just one time and login in with only one mail, one username, one password in my webiste to purchase or to book?
If we understood you correctly, you're doing the purchase as a new customer by purchasing a product from the WooCommerce store; add it to cart; go to checkout, etc. The integration doesn't work that way.
You need to purchase the product that is linked to a service or an event in Amelia through Amelia. So if you're buying stuff through WooCommerce store - it will not be registered in Amelia, but only vice versa.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
