The appointment system is preventing an untenable number of people from making appointments due to "email address and name do not match". This happens four or five times a day, every day. This has gotten significantly worse in the last two weeks for us, however, it has been happening a little bit all along.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? We do not have the time to go and fix this for our customers, which basically has us just booking with them over the phone, which defeats the purpose of this plugin. Please help!

This happens if people misspell their name, for example, if he registered with the name John and email address [email protected], if he spells his name as Jon next time, the plugin will give an error. You can disable the Last Name field in Amelia > Customize, I believe it will reduce the number of errors:
