Hi, I was trying to integrate Amelia with a new site I'm building, and somehow in the process of trying to tie in the customer panel and employee panel to my WP Users, I seem to have broken them. I used the Ultimate Member plugin to restrict access to them, and now the panels seem to be gone entirely. :(
This is one of the last parts that need to work before I go live. Is there a simple way to restore the panel pages without having to reinstall the whole plug-in?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
