We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am using Amelia to offer slots with Instructors that teach online courses, 

    In some cases, the Instructors may not show up for the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Is there any action that can be taken by my customers once the date, time for the booking has passed wherein they can send an email or mark this Instructor as absent?

    Are any post booking actions available to customers?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately, no actions are available to customers after booking, they can only contact you by phone numbers and email addresses listed on your website.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

    After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
