Employee Booking

    Is there a way to prioritize what employees gets booked first?  For example, we have multiple fishing guides.  When a customer books a fishing trip, I'd like the system to book "Guide 1" first.  If "Guide 1" is already booked, it would then book "Guide 2", and so on.

    I have found the work-around to avoid the customer seeing what guide that the system chose on their end, so that I can later assign it.  However, this is too risky, and I need the notification email to go directly to the correct guide.  Looking at it, select "Guided Striper Trip" --> Striper Fishing Trip; I don't have the guide (employee) hidden right now, but I want all Striper Fishing Trips to go to a different guide first every time, and so on.   Employee Priority by Service should be an easy fix.  Thanks!

    Hello Patrick,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

    After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

    You can use this CSS rule on the page between style tags if you want to hide Employee drop-down, in this case, and it will be a random Employee selection:

    <style>
    .am-select-employee-option {    display: none;
    }
    </style>

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

    But we can recommend this service for customization:

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

    They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?

    If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

    Have a great day!

    Kind Regards,

    Stanislav Snagovskiy
