Is there a way for an amelia employee to add a new customer via the front end? Are you aware of a plugin or work around as the feature appears to only be possible in the backend and to a manager .

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Currently, there is no such feature built-in. Employees can create appointments from their employee panel only for existing customers, the only workaround is that they book for a customer from the incognito window on the front end.
