I bought this plugin yesterday, but I am having problems wihin my website. I work with elementor and I saw that you have some items to use in the tool, but unfurnately they seem not to be working...
So I went over to shortcodes, but when I tried to place them into a button popup it keeps spinning arround and does not load the content... Is there some way to work this out?
A other question that I had was about styling, I saw that I am not able to do a lot of styling inside Amelia's plugin itself. I am able to write css rules that overwrites amelia's css? Or will this be gone after a plugin update?
You can customize the appearance of Amelia booking forms at Amelia / Customize section. You can change the order of fields, configure colors and fonts.
You can also use a custom css, but we have to mention, that it's not included into the support.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

For what about styling. I keep getting a very ugly view of teh calendar. I already treid to change this color, but I am can't fiugure out where it take it from.
I already set it to white, sometimes it show me white, sometimes it shows this ugly gray.... What can I do about it?
I figure it out how the pop up works, but now I want to have more than one popup in a page to call different services, but it does not seem to work... the first popup that I open, works fine, but the next ones get stuck in a loading loop.

Every popup needs to have a separate button, and each button needs to have a separate ID (trigger), so you can't use the same trigger on multiple popups, unfortunately.
Yes and this is also the case. I have in a page 10 buttons each with different popups, diffent ID's but I am only able to see one popup, the rest of them does not open.
The pop ups it self works fine, but as soon as I open one, I am not able to open teh rest. Or I get a white popup screen back or a spinning loading icon that does not load.
Can someone help me with this? My site is still private but I can make a test account if you want so someone can take a look to it?
Yes, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for the delay, the issue has been forwarded to our developers for testing. There are some errors on the page that disappear when the cache is cleared, but when another popup is checked after that, it then displays the same errors.
We'll get back to you as soon as we hear something from our developers.
Actually, they just told me that, in order to troubleshoot this properly, they'd need a cloned version of your site.
Can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

It could be a cache issue.
Please disable caching for pages where Amelia is, and purge all cache on your server.
