    Hello Leonel,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

It all depends on how you want to set up the services are you going to have group or individual appointments. Please write us an example of how the client wants to use Amelia and what are his services, and we will find the best solution for you.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi! thanks for your reply, the example is:

    1.-  A user wants a PCR test.

2.- Look in our web and find the posibility to appoint a date

    3.- Start selecting the location

4.- Then Amelia shows the availability for that location (but only allow 10 per location and per day, if can be set to 5 for AM and 5 for PM it would be genial).

5.- The user select de date and hour.

    6.- The user pays

7.- The user receives a summary of the appointment and reminders.

Question: There is a way to attach in the panel of the user a seccion to download the result of the test?

    Hello Leonel,

Location is assigned to service so a customer can not choose a location then service you can have multiple locations but you will need to call our services something li London PCR, NY PCR, etc. This way your customers will immediately know where to book. When they chose a service then they can choose a date and hour, after that they entered their information and continue to payment.

You can choose and set your employee working hours per your needs and you can set them in several blocks let say from 05am to 6 am and from 17pm to 18 pm. But Amelia can not limit the appointments per day. The best way to that is to set the appointment status to pending and after that you just choose which ones you will accept and which ones you will reject.

As for summary of the appointments and the download of test results currently, there is no such feature built-in.

    Hope this helps.

If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.

Hi Marko, thank for your reply, and what if...

I create only 1 employee with the business name and I assing it to all location and all services, in that case could I put first the location in front end form?

Location - Services - Date -Payment

    What do you think?

    Thanks.

    Hello Leonel,

Unfortunately no, one employee can't work on multiple locations at once. Because the logic used for Amelia is that you can not be in London and NY at the same time. You can only assign employees to be available for different locations on different days or different work periods.

May I suggest that you try out Amelia and see if it is a good fit for your business we have 15 days money-back guarantee? And we will help in any way we can with configuring it. But what you are trying to achieve with employees and multiple locations at the same time simply isnt possible I'm afraid.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Marko, I just bought the plugin, I am trying to get the result I want.

There is a way to allow the client to select more than one service? It is because we are a digital lab, so the client could select several types of exams. It could be possible?
    Thanks.

    Hello Leonel,

Glad to hear that. Try every option in Amelia and see if it will work for you.  In Amelia, every service needs to be booked one by one, unless you have a packages option. I didn't realize that you need a package option or I would suggest it sooner.

Packages of Services is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical.
Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.

Look at packages as gym packages. For example, you have "Gym access" service, "Treadmill" service, "Bike" service, "Spa" service, and so on. You can create a package that includes all these services for a reduced price.
So, you create a "Full access" package, where all these services are included. You define the number of appointments per service, and allow your customers to book all these services in one go.
So, a customer can book this package, and book "Gym access" for 5 days (free for choosing), "Treadmill" for 3 days, "Bike" for 2 days, "Spa" for 7 days, and so on. You define the number of bookings for each service.

    Hope that helps.

I need to show here the custom field, direction, address, RUT. There is a way to achive this?

Also, I noticed that those field are not allowed in the Meta Data for woocommerce:

It could be great if I could get that info too.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Leonel,

We apologize for the delayed answer, we had national holidays and we didn't work for a few days.

The custom fields don't show in the backend they are used as additional information for your employees. They can find does the information in the employee panel when they click on that appointment they will see the custom fields and the information will be there.

You can see it in the picture

As for metadata for WooCommerce currently, there is no such feature built-in I'm afraid you can read more about our WooCommerce integration on the following link https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.

Also, i would like to kindly ask you if you have bought our license to write to us in the Amelia category so that your question goes to the right sector if it is not much trouble for you.

The reason we ask you this is because that we usually have a one-question per ticket policy because a large number of our customers are looking for answers in our tickets and because a lot of situations and answers are repeated and it is much easier for them to find the answer. That way, it's easier for everyone to just type in the question and find the answer.

    Hope you agree.
