Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can change it through the .po files in ameliabooking/languages/ folder. So if you are using en_US, go to wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/en_US, edit the .po file and change it. You'll need to do it with every update, though, as it can't be modified through the Customize section yet.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
