I have a question:
- I want to assign a specific URL to each one of my employees.
- Then I want to attatch that specific URL into the "Confirmation email" or "Approved email" for the client.
So it would work like this:
- I have an employee call Juan. I attach 1 URL to him.
- Then I have a client called Michael who wants to book an appointment with Juan.
- He goes through the form and then Juan approves the appointment. On that "Approved" email notification, I need Michael to see the URl that's specified for Juan.
Is this something doable?

I'm not sure about what you mean by "URl that's specified for Juan". Could you please clarify that?
You can have an Employee, and you can make a form for your customers to book an appointment with exactly that one Employee, or to choose from the list of Employees.
You can configure your Appointments to have "Pending" status after booking, so your Employees will approve them. You can configure email notifications for Approved Appointments too. But, I guess, there's no any specified URL in this.
