My Client has purchased the plugin called "Amelia - Appointments and Events WordPress Booking Plugin". We have already installed the plugin on our website of which the link has been shared with the ticket information. We are facing some issues with the plugin as follows:
1. We have added or assigned the Categories & Services from admin panel which shows on booking appointment form, but its not showing at all. Please suggest if we are doing anything wrong. (See attached screenshot of added Categories/Services)
2. Also, the 3rd screenshot showing a user/member which is not showing as Available. So, how we can fix that as well.
You need to check your employee's Assigned Services and Work Hours, you probably missed something.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
