In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Cuando un cliente entra al panel de cliente donde puede ver, modificar y cancelar sus reservas tiene un problema que ven horarios de otros clientes en su lista de horarios. Osea le figuran horarios que nuna reservaron y puedo corroborar que son de otros clientes cargados por mi. En el panel de administrador figura todo bien las cargas en el calendario. Este problema lo tiene nuestros clientes

This can only happen if you once booked for that customer an appointment while you were logged in as admin. He has now received permissions as an admin and for that reason, he can see everything.
To solve this you need to find that customer who has admin permissions in your database and delete it from the database and everything will return to be as it should be.
When you book again for your customers in the future, be sure to always do that from the incognito mode so that this does not happen to you again.
