In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I would like to purchase Amelia but before I do I would like to know if it is possible for a customer to book a 3-month service (for coaching for example) that recurs weekly.
But I don’t want the customer to have to select the dates. I would like to create this 3 month coaching block myself and have customers just select it, pay for it and then it be added to their calendar.
Is this possible?

Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.
This, unfortunately, cannot be done with the services as the customers will have to be able to select the dates of the appointments in the recurring services. You could create events and add multiple dates for the event and customers will be able to book an event with all the dates that you specified.
