I have set up google app and successfully connected it with my google cal by following your tutorial.
I have enabled google meet in settings and added the google meet merge tag in the various notification emails. If I send a test email from with the notifications section, it comes through with a google meet link.
but
if I book an actual appoint there is no google meet link, it's just missing.
Did you add the %google_meet_url% in the email notifications, or in the description of the Google Calendar event?
To have the links generated for all employees they will need to connect their Google calendars to their profiles.
Each appointment's google meet is automatically generated, you can't resend it if you haven't added it to the email templates, or in the description of the Google Calendar. Please check out our documentation.
If you still have issues with this, provide me with employee's details and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
