We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm thinking of purchasing the paid version, but there's one thing I don't understand, so please let me know.

When you link to a reservation, it usually opens a modal or form where you enter your name and phone number.
Is that not possible in Amelia?

Is it possible to have a link button that says "Click here to make a reservation"?
I'd like to skip to a link that opens a screen where I can enter my name and phone number right away.

In Amelia, even if I set up the link, does the customer have to go through the process of selecting which menu item to book and then opening it again?

In other words, is it possible to have a button that says "Click here to make a reservation" that opens an input form?

Is it not possible to set each individual event as a direct link, and the only way to do that is to link to the reservation page and let the customer choose for themselves?

    Hello Satoshi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If I understood correctly, you want to select an event and open the customer details form straight away. That can't happen. Amelia can be used in a popup modal, yes, but it has to go through our form. So, if you are looking at services, you need to pick at least the date and the time before you get to the details section of the form, and that is only if you preselect the service through the shortcode. As for events, the whole events form will open up in that modal, if you place it in a modal. If that's what you want, Amelia can't deliver, unfortunately.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
