    Hey!

I am looking at building a website for a fly fishing guide business. I will have 3 or 4 levels of trip packages available. let's say there's basic, plus, advanced, and extraordinary. Each trip level will cost a different amount, and last a different amount of time. Location will be discussed after booking via phone or email. It will be a one trip per day thing for me. I won't be able to do more than one single trip, is there a way to block out the rest of the day after one booking is made of any trip level?

    Hello Collin,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you have to sync your Google Calendar with Amelia to achieve this.

    Find out more here: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/.

In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly, your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. In that way, time-slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia's calendar.

Enable option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots if you want to remove the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.

The same can be achieved using Outlook Calendar.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
