Ok, so I have figured out what the issue is, but I don't know what teh cause of it is. For some reason when I login to my site and navigate to Amelia, Notifications, SMS Notifications - I am logged out of the SMS Notification account.
When I am logged out SMS messages will not be sent by Amelia freom my website. This seems to be random and I do not know what could cause this. Do you have any ideas?
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

this happened to me too. The ticket you reference is a broken link. Can you please reply with the solution for the rest of us so we know how to prevent this from happening?
Can you please open a new ticket and tell us what the issue is there. It does not necessarily mean that it is the same issue because this is a fairly old ticket. Also, the link is not broken, but private because of certain information that it contains.
Also, when you write on other people's tickets that person receives your questions, and in order not to disturb other users, please open your ticket in the Amelia category and we will be happy to help you.
If you will look at my other tickets you will see that I have in fact already opened a ticket 4 DAYS AGO and have had no response. It is urgent I get a solution, so please either locate my ticket and reply, or share with me the solution that helped Mark, maybe it will help me (and others) too.
I never figured out why this was occurring, nor was there a solution. It seems that this is just something that happens randomly from time to time. I only know it occurs when I stop receiving sms messages myself from the system; i.e. I receive an email but not a text message of an enrollment.
The private ticket referenced in this thread provides no solution.

We do the ticket in order in which day come in. As soon as your ticket pop up my colleagues will respond to it. And as far as I can see in the system my college has already responded to your ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3159946/
Also, when you write on other people's tickets that person receives your questions, and in order not to disturb other users, please wait for the answer on your ticket.
Writing on other people's tickets will not lead to the immediate or faster resolution of your already open ticket. Since you wouldn't want someone to write on your ticket and receive 5 emails for questions you didn't write, neither do others users. It's possible that Mark doesn't mind this, but there are users who do, and for that reason, we asked you to write to us on your ticket and as soon as it's your tickets "turn", I or one of my colleagues will be happy to help you there.
My SMS messages have completely stopped working. They have not been working all weekend. Is this a systemwide problem?
