Approximately 90-95% of the plugin is translated into the languages stated above, but you can always translate it using Poedit or Loco Translate.
But you can use Amelia basic license only on one domain, if you want to use Amelia on more than one domain you can take a look at our pro or developer licenses on the following link https://wpamelia.com/pricing/.
