We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,
I use Amelia on a french website.

On the frontend page for customers, when the visitor use a wrong password, there is a error notification. But it's in english.

As i checked other issue tickets about translation issue, which is a problem from your plugin, we have to go through a painfull processus to correct it and i think its really not fair for the price and for webdesigner or non-programer.

It's time i will waste working on a problem you guys should fix. Something that should be garantied, a good translation.
I litterally lose money with that so, is there an other solution to patch this issue ?

    Hi MariusDesign

Please note that we do not have translators in our company. The plugin is designed and created in English, and the French translation (along with all other translations) that's currently used has been provided to us by our customers.

If you have some advice on how the translation should be fixed, or if you're interested in maintaining the French translation, please feel free to correct the translation and send it to us, so we can implement it in our next update.

    Thank you for your understanding.
