We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I found a double css tag in wpdatatables-bootstrap.css
Line 3214
.wpdt-c .form-group {
margin-bottom: 15px;
}
Line 11502
.wpdt-c .form-group {
margin-bottom: 25px;
}
I think either of them can be deleted. The space in the popup masterdetailtables is very large therefore the last tag should be removed.
I wonder why the large file "wpdatatables-bootstrap.css" is included and not the compressed file "wpdatatables-bootstrap.min.css" one.
Best regards
Jens
Hello again Jens
Thank you for reporting this. We'll revert to using the minified version of the CSS file - it was obviously an oversight, so we'll fix it for the next update.
As for the CSS, our developers said they'll work on removing the first line of code. Everything else is the plugin's design, in general. You can always add custom CSS either in wpDataTables Settings/Custom JS and CSS tab, or in the Custom CSS section in the "Customize" section above the table.
Every client requires a different solution based on their projects, and if we were to alter the plugin per your linking, most likely someone else will come back with a request to revert the change, so it's best to go with Custom CSS.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
