Hi,
1. In amelia general setting - I switch on "phone number as mandatory", but when customer do the booking - it is not showing as mandatory ie customer able to book an appointment without providing phone number. Please help me to fix this issue.
2. when customer book an appointment, instead of asking first name and last name as two separate input. Is it possible to ask Full name as one input?
Thank you
Hi Jaffer
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. Please go to Amelia > Customize and for the Step-by-Step Booking Form (if you're using it) on Step 4 click on the edit icon (pencil) near the "phone" field. Enable "Mandatory Field" there.
2. You can also disable "Display Field" and "Mandatory Field" for Last Name, and change the label for First Name to, for example, Full Name. But still, in your database only the first field will be filled, so I cannot guarantee it won't cause any conflict.
