I wish this ticket find you fine. I'm writting you because we release our new website, and we noticed that employee A is getting the appointments of empployee B. We did QA before release and evrything worked fine, and so far this is the only case when B's patient go to A agenda. Even the mails are delivered to the wrong employee. I already check the emails of each one on employee settings and they are OK, so i can not figure it out.
Thank you for your answer. Every time Gabriela (employee) approve an appointment, on employees's portal, the appoinment's status change and then goes to Camila's agenda (employee too). They work on different days, so there is no chance to cross clients. So the appointment initially was to Gabriela (so far, so good), but when status turn to accepted on employee's portal it does not appear on Gabriela's agenda anymore. From there, the appointment appears on Camila's agenda and so the emails notifications. Costumer recieve the confirmation email with Camila's contact info, but the full date is Gabriela's working hour (how it should be).
I have no screenshots by the momentos because manually re-schedule all the wrong ones, but i will deliver to you asap.
Hope this show a better picture of the situation and made myself clear.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
