We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots

    I followed your guide on how to enable Google Calendar integration it only seems to be working some of the time.

    I have "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" enabled, but it's only working for some Busy Slots. For example, on Feb 25, 2022, I have several regular events (some are marked as Busy and some as Free) but that particular day I also have an all-day event (marked as Busy) then extends over the weekend.

    On the front end of Amelia, Feb 25 2022 is returning several available appointments. This should not be, due to the all-day busy event already scheduled in Google Calendar. Not only does Amelia not recognize the all-day busy event, but it's also not recognizing some other appointments on other days in Google Calendar. In other words, Amelia only seems to recognize some busy slots and not others. How do I fix this?

    OK, Google helped this time and brought me to a previous ticket of yours from last year. I upped the max number of returned slots to 2500 in the back end of the Integration and it's working properly now.
