Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When we went to your site we couldn't replicate the issue. Everything works perfectly. You already had saved notifications for English and for Spanish and we added the notifications for the French language we were able to save them with no issue. Also, we have tested them and they work
So hopefully everything is fine now.

We went to your site and we have successfully managed to implement the HTML that you have sent us and we have saved it without any issue. After that, we have tested the notification and we have successfully sent it, you can see it in the pictures bellow
Notifications are saved and they work if something doesn't look right please check you HTML if it is correct. As for Amelia, every works fine when we tested it several times if this happens again to you again please try and purge the cache.

i'm setting up a booking website with 3 languages.
im trying to put html custom code ( the same email for the moment)
2 out of 3 languages work perfectly but when i try to save the template for the last language, the plugin cannot save it.
Can you help me, pleasE?
