Yes, it is possible to hide an employee. You can find these settings in Amelia/customize you can hide employees on several steps depending on the view that you are using.
Just turn off the option display field and that is it. Hopefully this helps.
Thank you for clarifying it to us. Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in. You can only hide the field completely you can not just hide one employee I'm afraid.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Hi there
Is it possible to hide an employee on the frontend but not in backend (equivalent to services that can be hidden only from frontend) ?
We have an employee and his bookings should only be made by a manager through the backend and not directly through clients on the frontend.
If not, do you see any solution to achieve this goal?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers, Benjamin

Hi Marko
Thanks for your reply, but you must have misunderstand me.
I just want to hide one (1) employee from the frontend and not the select field at all.
Example: I have employee 1, employee 2 and employee 3. employee 3 should not be bookable through frontend, but within backend.
Could you kindly look again into this matter?
Cheers, Benjamin
