But in any case, we do not provide support for the free version of Amelia, when you buy and activate a license this shouldn't appear. Everything should be fine.
2. Of course you can upgrade the license whenever you want.
3. We didn't understand the question about discount and support? As long as you have an active license you have access to our support and we are always glad to help. Currently our support is only via tickets.

Since you have our license, please write to us in the Amelia category, not in the pre-purchase, so that your questions go to the right sector.
We are sending you the plugin again in the attachment, it should work because we send it to the users every day and they dowload the plugin from the ticket without any problems.
You downloaded from WordPress Amelia lite free version there is no other version on WorPress. Please delete that version and purge the cache and dowload your license from the ticket if in any case the download does not work which has never happened before, please go to the store and download the full version of the plugin you bought from your profile and then you will be able to enter your purchase code in Amelia.

thank so much for the quick response and I really appreciate your support. give me hope to continue using the app. I still have two questions
1. I have tried to upload the purchase code but the field is grayed and I can not type or paste the code.
I have deleted the previous version I had and reinstalled a new one download from wordpress (the download link you sent did not work)
2. can I still upgrade my plugin from lifetime to unlimited developer within the 15 grace period and pay for the difference?
