Amelia bachend (dashboard) for Manager Amelia, turns slowly.
When I look for clients to include in the appointment it is slow and I often do not find existing clients, I have to repeat several times to find them, often by mistake the employees create duplicate clients, because Amelia does not find. What should I do? it is a major problem that creates a lot of time for employees

The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Are you on a dedicated, or on shared hosting? Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site?
If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider.
