I love the new feature of letting clients add events to their calendar. However, with multi-day events, when "add to calendar" is used, only the first day of the event is added. Please make it so all days of an event are added.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You probably also have this little warning in the top right corner of your browser, that says "Pop-ups blocked":
Basically, it blocks the second window from being opened. After you click on "Always allow pop-ups..." and click on "Add to Calendar" again, it opens two tabs where you can add both periods:
So, you'll need to add a notice for your customers to allow the page to open multiple tabs. There's nothing we can do from within Amelia to approve this, since it's coming from the browser.
First, thank you for choosing Amelia and being our loyal customer! I am reaching out to you today to find out if you would be interested in participating in our case study. We are creating success stories of our loyal and successful customers, and we would really appreciate it if you would like to be a part of that.
If you are interested, the next step would be to organize an interview and talk about your business and what you have been using Amelia for. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
