While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am writing to you because on December 30th we bought a Basic Lifetime license to integrate Amelia into our website.
Now we have realized the need to create bonuses of the service we offer (it is only one) so that packs of 3, 5 and 10 sessions can be sold.
For this we understand that we would need to upgrade to the Pro Lifetime license to create packs of services, but we do not know how to do the upgrade, since from the web we only see the option to buy the full Pro Lifetime license.
How should we proceed to upgrade our subscription?
