I am building a booking platform for a client who offers packages for sessions, one of those being a 52 pack (weekly training for the year).
Client wants to allow for quarterly payments. I can envision using the Amelia downpayment option of 25%, but I'm curious if you have any thoughts on handling the remaining amount through the system, or if he'll have to address manually. To that end, with downpayment option, can customer pay remaining amount through Amelia, or do they have to pay in person? And if paid in person, how does that get reflected in Amelia?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe and WooCommerce.
If you enable the WooCommerce service option, other payment methods will be disabled since WooCommerce supports the same payment methods, or you can just enable PayPal or Stripe it is entirely up to you.
As for the rest of the payment, it is entirely up to you will the customer pay on-site or via bank account, this doesn't reflect in Amelia because like we mentioned Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments. You use it only for appointments booking.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
