i'm using your plugin, and so far, I think it covers 80% of my needs.. I still need to know one thing :
Is it possible for an end-user to select more than one time slots fot the same service ?
Lets consider,
Service duration : 1hour
The end-user selects 8am, 9am and 10am. he validates, and pays.
The booking is "Pending"
The admin checks his pending booking, selects 9am, and turns the booking status to "approved"
The end user recieves the confirmation notification for 9am.
The idea is that the end user tells us "when he is available" and we (admin), select the time we want considering our availabilities.
Maybe I'm asking too much.. ?

I'm sorry, we don't have French-speaking agents, the official language of the support is English.
If I understood you right, something like this is possible with Amelia. If the default status of your Appointments is Pending, and you enable Allow Booking Above Maximum, your customer can book several time slots. You'll see them all in your backend, approve the time you want, and cancel others.
The only thing here, is that your customer will have to pay for all the booked appointments, or pay off-line.
