An EMPLOYE has the following WORKING HOURS setting:
I added the following SPECIAL DAY. The target is just to change the break from [12:00 - 13:30] to [11:00 - 12:00]
I do not understand why the AMELIA planning does not propose the slot 12:30
I have the feeling that there are some conflicts in your database. And the original break period is not fully overwritten by the SPECIAL DAY configuration.
Could you double check ? Are you aware of this kind of issue? Could you confirm that I can use the SPECIAL day to change the break timing?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I updated in 4.4.1 and I still have the same issue on 04.02.2022. We are not able to add an appointment on 04.02.2022 from 12.30 to 13.00. For instance we would like to add the following appointment: Friday 4 February from 12.30 to 13.00 Mrs Tondeur for "Beauté des pieds".
And now I have a very strange issue. A client, Mrs Schwab, made appointments on the site for the "LPG facial" service with the employee "Anne" on Saturday 9 April and Wednesday 27 April, although Anne never works on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Could you help me to identify the root cause? Many thanks in advance. Kind regards, Fred
To investigate the strange appointment that appeared, we'll need database access credentials. Could you please provide that for me, or if that's not an option - check if WP phpMyAdmin plugin works on your site?
We would then use the wp-admin credentials to check out the database. Remember to respond Privately if you're going to share the database access URL and credentials to us.
If we can't access the database we can't actually see what's causing this.
Can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
I sincerely apologize for the delay. The duplicator file was downloaded to my PC, but it seems that it wasn't downloaded properly, so our developers can't use it.
Can you please upload the file again and send me the new link in a Private response?
At the beginning, with my low skills in AMELIA, I started with a time slot of 5 minutes, and then 15 minutes.
Now I have appointments with different durations, ie a multiple of 10 minutes or 5 minutes or 15 minutes. I would like to align all my services to a slot of 15 minutes now.
If I change the duration of existing services that have been in use for several months. Will this break anything in the database? How will the system handle and apply this change to already scheduled appointments? Thank you very much in advance for your feedback.
Existing appointments will not be affected - they're already saved in the database, so you can change the duration of services and that will only affect the new appointments.
If you actually want to modify existing ones, you'd need to edit them one by one.

Hey Frédéric
Thank you for the credentials, but I don't see the host for the database.
Do you have a URL where I can log in with those credentials (maybe a direct URL or through your cPanel)?
Remember to post a Private response please.

Hi again Frédéric
Sorry for the wait.
I just wanted to let you know that our developers created this bug in their backlog, and they'll be working on it for our next update.
I can't promise that it will be included in the next update (it should, I just can't promise that).
Best!
Kind Regards,
