Unfortunately, we are not able to help you here, Amelia is not a payment system, I would advise you to check about this feature with Stripe support team.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Thanks for the response! Understood - but just to check is it supported in any way. e.g. If someone was purchasing an event through Amelia on our site, does it have the capacity to support the recurring payments/booking that will be made in this manner?
When you configure recurring appointments (https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments/) you can choose whether they will all be paid online, or if the customer will only pay for the first appointment online, and pay all recurring appointments on-site. There's no way to initialize the payment of recurring appointments afterward, so this can't be achieved with Amelia.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Hi team,
How can I set up a process where for Events on Amelia a customer only has to pay once and they get charged weekly like on a subscription basis?
As it stands, every time someone books an event, they need to pay on every occasion. Our current payment method is via Stripe.
