We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I would like to be able to fix my hours of service on defined time slots (example that one can reserve a service only at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. every Monday and not in the other time slots) how can I do this?
Hello Célia,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Working hours of your service are tied up to employee's working hours. If you want to set up that your customer can book only Monday from 10 to 15 you need to set up employees working hours in Amelia/employee/edit employee/working hours.
Hope this helps.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you, I would also like to know how I could remove the "choose your employee" field because I don't want my customers to be able to choose their employees, otherwise it's too complicated for me.
Another thing: I would like to know how to set up a system "I have a gift card" so that customers do not have to pay to deposit or pay when they have a gift card? Thank you
Hello Célia,
We are glad that we're able to help you.
You can hide employee field in Amelia/customize like this
As gift cards you can create coupon with Amelia and send them to your customers. You can find this option in Amelia/finance/coupons
Also, you can read more about coupons in the following link https://wpamelia.com/de/finances/#finance-coupons.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
