If you want to back up Amelia, you can export all "wp_amelia" tables from the database, and then when you re-install the plugin on a new website, just import the database tables you previously exported, and that's it.
It is possible that your prefix is not "wp_", but something else, so if that is the case, please look for "your_prefix_amelia" table.
Please be careful when you update the table because if you delete or add anything else, it can cause the plugin not to work properly.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Is it possible to import customers or appointments from another Amelia Installation? I only see the possibility to export the data but not to import.
